Community & Employer Relations Strategist

The San Diego Workforce Partnership is seeking a Business & Community Relations Specialist to bridge SDWP with local employers and the community, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. You will develop strategic relationships, drive outreach and recruitment, and expand program participation and impact.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of outreach experience, with a proven ability to build partnerships with underserved populations.
