MLR is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Sterile Processing Technician to join our healthcare team near Cape May Court House, NJ. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring medical instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and prepared for use, adhering to strict infection control standards.

Position Details:

• Shift: Evening Shift (5x8s)
• Location: Near Cape May, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments and medical equipment according to established procedures.
• Prepare and assemble surgical trays and equipment for operating rooms and other medical units.
• Inspect equipment for cleanliness, functionality, and defects before use.
• Follow all infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician (preferred or eligibility required).
• Previous experience in sterile processing or a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
