Role Summary We are seeking motivated, relationship-driven professionals to join our team as Customer Retention Specialist within our travel services department. In this fully remote position, you will focus on strengthening client loyalty by delivering exceptional service and personalized travel coordination. You will support clients throughout their travel journey while ensuring continued engagement, repeat bookings, and long-term satisfaction. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in client care, proactive communication, and building trust-based relationships. Training and certification are provided. Multiple openings available.
