Product Marketing Manager - Beauty and Personal Care

What You’ll Do Responsible for business relationships with suppliers, including mapping and engaging interactions with management, technical, marketing, and supply teams. Conduct detailed financial analysis and present findings externally to suppliers and internally to leadership. Accountable for financial results and growth plans for suppliers within Beauty Care customers/applications. Assist in the implementation and execution of supply, sales, marketing, financial, and logistical strategy. Support and own the negotiation of pricing and buying plans. Collaborate closely with procurement, finance, and accounts payable to resolve supplier issues and remove supply chain obstacles. Work with marketing on campaigns, product pushes, and supplier engagement. Provide regular market updates to the field sales organization on assigned products and coordinate training with suppliers for both technical and commercial topics. Mentor Field Sales Organization and others on day‑to‑day issues such as pricing, service, procurement, and supply. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Chemistry) or relevant work experience. Understanding of Beauty & Personal Care trends, including consumer brands, contract manufacturing, raw material suppliers, and applications. At least 3 years of experience in technical, sales, or product management with a specialized product concentration in the Beauty and Personal Care industry. Strong preference for experience with consumer product formulation within the Beauty & Personal Care industry; additional experience in Homecare & Industrial Cleaning is an advantage. Proven analytical skills to develop strategic, data‑driven decisions; strong MS Excel skills required; Microsoft CoPilot skills preferred. Ability to develop and grow strong relationships with key suppliers and cross‑functional partners (Marketing, Procurement, Finance, etc.). High level of decision‑making ability, balancing supplier needs and company objectives. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle diverse and significant workloads. Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities. Understanding of chemical distribution business and functions. Where You’ll Work This is a hybrid opportunity.
