Experienced Automotive Sales Professional
Ewald CJDR – Franklin, WI
Ewald Automotive Group is a 61-year-old, locally owned, family business representing 10 locations and 11 vehicle brands throughout Wisconsin. Known for our integrity, stability, and commitment to our employees, we continue to grow—and Ewald CJDR in Franklin is looking for an experienced automotive sales professional to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through the entire vehicle-buying process, from greeting to delivery
- Build strong customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Work closely with management and finance to ensure a smooth sales experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience required
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
