The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Material Handler/Manufacturing Associate (Kitting Production and Material Movement), you will: Complete manufacturing work‑steps under general supervision and within defined standards, using specified production aids, equipment, tooling, and materials. Verify quality at each work‑step through appropriate tests and inspections so that all products or components meet defined standards. Collaborate with the Quality department to confirm product quality before production restart. Maintain raw material levels by controlling appropriate Kanbans within the department. Complete online documentation and report deviations to relevant personnel. Identify, highlight, and resolve line issues as part of department teams. Ensure all required documentation and charts are completed correctly per approved SOPs. Follow G.M.P. procedures, including good housekeeping, hygiene, safety practices, and regulatory requirements such as FDA, ISO, and Solventum Policies. Adhere to Time Keeping and Attendance policies. Follow Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Policies and related documentation. Complete all required training and associated documentation. Move materials to support production activities. Operate pallet jacks and Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) as needed. Assist warehouse personnel with assigned tasks as necessary. Demonstrate and support Solventum values, code of conduct, compliance, and a positive safety environment. Communicate effectively and engage with team members. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace. Participate in daily meetings with site leadership. Work to set Takt rate in a fast‑paced environment. Your Skills and Expertise Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Up to one year of combined experience in manufacturing, electrical/mechanical/pneumatic assembly, or warehouse environments, including private, public, government, or military settings. Additional qualifications that may help you succeed: Experience with hand tools, label printers, tape dispensers, computers, and computer‑aided equipment. Experience with powered industrial vehicles (PIV) and pallet jacks. Background in manufacturing electronic/mechanical/pneumatic equipment quality control production environments. Strong teamwork skills. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and self‑motivational skills.
