Hotel Maintenance Tech

The primary responsibility of a Hotel Maintenance is to oversee themaintenance and upkeep of the hotel property. This includes regularly scheduledmaintenance as well as addressing any issues reported to the maintenancedepartment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hotel maintenanceand/or extensive work experience in a related industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate, organize,and execute all work orders and repair requests Maintain maintenancelogs and schedule PM to be completed Be proactive inaddressing maintenance concerns Ensure all safetystandards are followed and the hotel always remains compliant Provide detailed costprojections for maintenance projects Work with Hotel GeneralManager to create maintenance budgets Maintain a professionaland pleasant demeanorwhen interacting with guests and co-workersREQUIREMENTS
Experience in hotel orrelated industry maintenance (Minimum 2 years) Valid driver's license Must have a flexiblework schedule Outstanding attention todetail and extremely organized Salary paid based on experience, including an amazing benefitspackage offered.
