• 1 Daytime Emergency Medicine Physician
• 2 Nocturnal Emergency Medicine Physicians

• Future growth anticipated with 4"5 new hires in late 2026 and 5+ in early 2027

  Schedule & Coverage
  • Minimum 120 hours per month with additional shifts available"no cap and all paid equally
  • 12-hour and 10-hour shifts designed for flexibility and lifestyle
  • Rotations between main ED and free-standing ED locations (exclusive FSED coverage may be considered)
  • Main ED staffed daily with 5 physicians and 2"4 APPs
  • PIT (Provider-in-Triage) model for efficient patient flow
  • PPH: 1.5"1.7 in main ED
  • LWBS:
  • No call requirements"true shift work promoting healthy balance
  Facilities & Technology
  • Main ED: 42 private beds, divided by acuity; no hallway beds or corridor boarding
  • FSED (Socastee): 8 beds 3T MRI, CT, ultrasound, full lab
  • FSED (Hwy 22 & 90): 12 beds CT, X-ray, ultrasound, full lab
  • Annual volume: 50,000 ER visits
  • Support services include:
  • 24/7 intensivist & surgical backup
  • Chest Pain Center & STEMI program with round-the-clock interventional cardiology
  • Level III Trauma Center with
  • Access to da Vinci robotic technology, advanced imaging, and on-site diagnostics
