Collaborates with other installers throughout* the installation project to maximize efficiencies, installation techniques and sustaining positive* customer relations.* Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work. Address hazards as needed. Adheres to* proper safety techniques and procedures, and to Andersen safety programs and training* requirements.* General warehouse support. Provide support for minor service calls as needed.* Other duties as assigned by supervisor.DIRECTION OF OTHERSDescribe oversight, guidance and/or work direction provided and type of positions being directed (employees, contractors, etc.).MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS* HS Degree or equivalent.* Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.* Knowledge of basic construction techniques; good knowledge of basic construction and building materials.* Knowledge of terminology of the construction industry* Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality.* Initiative; ability to work independently.* Flexibility; willingness to work variable work schedules* General understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices* Organizational skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levels* Basic math skills* Ability to lift up to 100 pounds* Ability to climb ladders up to 90 feet tall**PAY RANGE:**$15.12 - $28.98**CULTURE AND BENEFITS:**At Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
