Stretchplex offers one-on-one assisted stretching, massage, personal training, and compression therapy to people who want to feel better. Stretchplex is unique because we are partnered with leaders in outpatient physical therapy, and are more closely aligned with serving people who may have other musculoskeletal issues. Stretchplex body coaches are different, and we attract employees who are lifelong learners. Our Body Coaches will provide one-on-one assisted stretches to our clients, and other services according to additional certifications/skills such as massage and personal training.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessionsEncourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessionsBuild Stretchplex membership and retain current clientele through salesManage client careDeliver a best-in-class stretching experience including:Booking client's weekly recurring appointmentsUpdating client notes consistentlyMaximize client utilization of sessions/membership by booking follow up appointments, renewing memberships, outreach to leadsEnsure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce Stretchplex policies and safety rulesAttend staff meetings and required educational presentationsHandle member concerns when applicableAssist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as neededMaintain strong social media presence to client membership and retentionClean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given timeQualifications:Love of boutique wellness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility and flexibilityPreferred background:Personal / Athletic TrainerPhysical Therapist AssistantMassage TherapistPilates or Yoga InstructorExperience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clientFitness certification required and/or 4year Exercise Science or Kinesiology DegreeAbility to create a positive environment that welcomes all peopleFantastic communication skills and exudes empathyMust love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goalsMust have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies includes a combination of online tutorials and in-person/hands-on trainingMust be available to go through our Body coach Training Program, which includes a combination of online tutorials and in-person/hands-on trainingJob Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule, Health insurance, Paid time offCompensation: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
