Salary: $135,000 - $140,000 / year Other Forms of Compensation: Eligible for annual bonus Job Summary The Resident Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for the success of a large hospital Environmental Services account, managing client relations, along with ensuring that the services offered to customers is of superior quality. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrates good rapport and strategic alignment with our clients as well as a much larger role in administrative functions Focuses on the needs and requirements of the client using service based solutions and best practices to exceed expectations Maintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention Prepares and implements departmental goals and objectives of the Housekeeping department Supports analysis of department’s financial data and statistics Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of relevant management experience, ideally as a Director of Environmental Services in a hospital setting Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Must possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures Displays general business acumen High customer service and quality attitude Crothall is a member of Compass Group USA Associates at Crothall are offered many fantastic benefits.
