Location: – Greenfield, MA

Compensation: $21.00 – $22.50 / hour (Based on licensing)

Type: Full-Time | No On-Call | No Emergency Services

Your Role & Impact

Perform waste oil furnace equipment servicing and maintenance, assemble and install waste oil equipment, refurbish waste oil burners, participate with regular inventory management, occasionally

purchase job supplies and perform general workspace maintenance when needed.

Essential Functions:

● Refurbish waste oil burners to restore functionality and performance.

● Help assemble materials and equipment needed for installations.

● Assist the team with furnace and boiler installations.

● Perfom annual maintenance cleanings at customer locations.

● Troubleshoot performance issues and respond to service calls at customer locations.

● Assist in receiving and organizing incoming parts orders.

● Monitor inventory levels and notify manager when parts need to be ordered.

● Occasionally purchase job supplies and inventory parts from local vendors.

● Participate in mandatory training and continue job specific education.

● Support a strong culture of safety, identify hazards and adhere to OSHA requirements.

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of our workspace.

● Perform other related tasks or special duties as assigned or required.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 1+ years of Burner Technician experience is preferred, but a strong mechanical aptitude and drive to learn are key.

• Licensing: A valid Driver’s License in good standing is required. (We help you obtain MA Oil, NORA, and OSHA 10 if you don’t have them yet!)

• Physicality: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, use ladders/scaffolds, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
