Senior Production Manager

LHH is seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee day-to-day business activities within a fast-paced environment for a client in Plano, TX. This individual will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, managing people and processes, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring overall operational success. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a variety of operational functions across the organization. Drive efficiency, consistency, and execution across multiple work streams. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational enhancement. Analyze business performance and implement actions to improve results. Develop and maintain operational standards and best practices. Guide teams through changing business priorities while maintaining service and quality expectations. Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives and long-term objectives. Monitor workflow effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes. Utilize business systems and reporting tools to support operational decisions. Foster employee engagement, accountability, and professional development. Support organizational goals through effective planning, coordination, and execution. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Several years of progressive leadership experience in an operational environment. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive measurable business results. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Ability to make data-informed decisions and influence positive change. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency working with business systems, reporting tools, and operational data. Experience leading improvement initiatives and organizational change efforts. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Demonstrated success in leadership, operations, process improvement, or related business disciplines. Experience supporting complex operational environments is highly desirable.
