SR Change Management Consultant

Job Description Overview We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to support a global payroll transformation initiative focused on Workday Payroll enhancements and regulatory compliance upgrades. This consultant will lead organizational change management efforts associated with payroll system upgrades, process redesign, and stakeholder adoption across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have experience leading change initiatives involving payroll operations, global compliance requirements, and Workday implementations. Experience supporting APAC payroll programs, particularly Singapore payroll regulations, is highly preferred. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end change management activities for Workday payroll system upgrades. Drive stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and user readiness strategies. Partner with Payroll, HR, Tax, Finance, and Compliance teams to assess business impacts and develop adoption plans. Support process transformation efforts related to: Payroll administration Tax reporting and compliance Wage caps and statutory requirements Singapore CPF (Central Provident Fund) compliance Equity/stock compensation payroll implications Administrative workforce processes Conduct impact assessments and identify organizational risks associated with system and process changes. Develop communication materials, training strategies, and leadership updates. Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout implementation. Monitor adoption metrics and recommend mitigation strategies to address resistance or change challenges. Collaborate with global teams to ensure compliance with regional payroll regulations and requirements. Experience leading organizational change efforts for a workday integration/ initiative Strong understanding of payroll operations and payroll-related business processes. Experience working with complex compliance and regulatory requirements. Experience supporting global or multi-country programs. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
