Experienced Secretary Needed
We are looking for an experienced secretary to fill in for our clerical staff when they are out of the office. This position will work as needed at all buildings in the district.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to adapt to a wide variety of assignments.
- Demonstrates accuracy in preparing correspondence and reports.
- Exercises good judgment in handling confidential information.
- Has a courteous, pleasant and effective telephone manner.
- Is able to relate effectively with supervisor, other employees, students, parents and the public.
- Is efficient in the organizing and maintaining of files and records.
- Proficient in the use of various programs of computer software dedicated to office procedures.
- Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as the supervisor may assign.
Pay: $15 per hour
