Corporate Finance Manager

This opportunity is with a private equity-backed, multi-s ite organization seeking a Finance Manager to join its corporate finance team. The Finance Manager serves as a strategic business partner to Finance Leadership and operational teams, supporting financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis across multiple entities and departments. This role is responsible for delivering actionable financial insights, developing financial models, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and partnering with operational leaders to drive informed decision-making and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Partner with Finance leadership and cross-functional operational teams to support strategic planning, financial performance, and key business initiatives. Prepare, analyze, and distribute timely, accurate financial reporting packages that provide meaningful insights for executive leadership. Evaluate financial results by identifying trends, analyzing variances, and recommending opportunities to improve operational and financial performance. Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting activities through robust financial planning and reporting tools. Lead or participate in recurring financial review meetings, providing actionable analysis and partnering with business leaders to drive informed decisions. Develop financial models, business cases, and pro forma analyses to assess new programs, operational initiatives, capital investments, and growth opportunities. Build collaborative relationships across Finance and operational departments to serve as a trusted business partner. Present financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, enabling sound decision-making. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and ethical financial stewardship. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of six years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or operational finance. Healthcare services industry experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and intercompany accounting. Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with experience using financial planning and forecasting tools such as Solver. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business recommendations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
