What You Can Expect
As an Account Sr Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of PIQ and mymobility customers. You will be the main point of contact for implementation, ongoing support and driving the utilization/adoption of PIQ and mymobility.
How You'll Create Impact
- Customer Onboarding and Implementation:
Conduct product/service training sessions for clients to ensure effective onboarding.
Provide ongoing education and resources to enhance client understanding and usage.
Provide training to field on impactful release feature changes and value proposition.
- Product/Service Adoption:
Collaborate with customers and local territory resources to drive adoption and utilization of PIQ and mymobility.
Guide clients in the effective utilization and adoption of our products/services to maximize value.
- Client Relationship Management
Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships within assigned territory.
Act as the ongoing primary point of contact for any client inquiries, concerns, or escalations.
- Account Planning and Strategy:
Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve customer success goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.
- Customer Advocacy:
Identify satisfied clients and turn them into advocates, collecting testimonials, case studies, and referrals.
Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Renewal Management:
Monitor account health and proactively address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the sales team on renewal negotiations and upsell opportunities.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Regularly communicate with clients through check-ins, updates, and progress reports. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system.

What Makes You Stand Out
Requires the ability to authorize base and escalated discounting levels.
Strong knowledge of healthcare delivery models, accounting principles and financial analysis.
Direct knowledge of PIQ/My mobility platforms is expected.
An understanding of the dynamics within distributorships and experience in sales/marketing of healthcare is a plus.
Ability to develop and execute a customer business plan.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and the general public.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to effectively drive accountability and business results through others.
Demonstrated mastery of financial acumen.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of SAP software system is also a plus.
Your Background
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent is preferred.
5-7 years’ experience in sales, marketing, sales management & national accounts where specific actions resulted in substantive performance enhancement for the organization with a bachelor’s or 10-15 years without a degree required.
Travel Expectations
- Up to 60%
This role has a salary range of $100,000-$135,000 annually plus a variable bonus component.
