Personal BankerBlaze is currently hiring for a Personal Banker at our Inver Grove Heights branch. As a Personal Banker, you are the frontline of Blaze and a trusted financial guide for Members. You'll engage directly with members to understand their goals, identify their financial needs, and confidently recommend tailored products and services that empower their financial journey.You'll be part of a dynamic, experienced team committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Your role is vital—not only in supporting our members' success but also in driving Blaze's growth and mission forward.Blaze is pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for this position. New hires are eligible for $5,000 paid over two years, while candidates with Fiserv DNA experience are eligible for $5,500 paid over two years.What You Will Do:Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needsPerform duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing changes on the following account types: Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal and Business AccountsOversee consumer loan process following approved guidelinesCreate meaningful relationships via excellent service and face to face interactionSupport your team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectivesExhibit Blaze's Core Values: Better Lives, Thoughtfully Compassionate, Minnesota's Best, and Give BackYour Schedule:This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
