ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2015 and is a close-knit team of four with a strong foundation in experience and collaboration. Before becoming an agent, I worked in logistics sales with Caterpillar and bring over 25 years of experience with State Farm, which helps guide how we support both our customers and our team.

I'm a graduate of the University of Denver and originally from Illinois. I'm a proud parent of three and grandparent to seven, and family is a big part of my life. Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar and staying involved in music. Giving back is important to me, and I stay active in the community by volunteering with organizations like Swallow Hill Music and Heavenly Peace.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Don Middleton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
