Staiman Recycling Corporation - Hanover, PA

Staiman Recycling is growing and currently hiring for multiple full-time positions at our Hanover, PA location, including:

• Mobile Shear Operator.
• Torch Cutter.
• Rover Inspector.
• General Laborers.

Starting Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want steady work, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and long-term employment with a stable company.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, bobcats, and mobile shears.
• Torch cutting and processing scrap materials.
• Inspecting materials and maintaining quality standards.
• Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
• Working around balers and processing equipment.
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas.
• Following all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Assisting with general yard and warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial, warehouse, scrap yard, demolition, construction, or heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Forklift or equipment operating experience is a plus.
• Torch cutting experience preferred for torch positions.
• Ability to work in an outdoor industrial environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
