Description: Candidate must be comfortable and have experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and newborn care. The facility serves a community and is equipped with various healthcare services. It is a verified Chest Pain Center and has a Level 3 Trauma designation. The hospital offers a range of specialized services including cardiopulmonary care, arthroscopic surgery, and advanced wound care. There are Express Care Walk-In Clinics and a regional dialysis unit available. The facility features modern imaging technologies such as a 64-slice CT scanner and 3D mammography. The patient population includes a variety of low to high-risk cases. Staffing is based on AWHONN guidelines for optimal patient ratios. The unit includes Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) beds with overflow and triage areas. Required equipment includes an epidural, nitrous oxide, and wireless monitoring systems. The electronic health record system utilized is Meditech along with OBIX. The work environment prioritizes safety and high-quality care for all patients. Candidates should have a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork. Scrub colors are flexible, but cartoon characters are not permitted. All candidates should possess the necessary skills and qualifications for this role.
