CNC Machinist Watervliet, MI 49098 We're seeking dependable, motivated CNC Machinists who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys working as part of a team. Available Shifts Shift A: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Shift A4: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Shift B: Monday - Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM Shift Premium Shift C: Friday - Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Shift Premium: Paid for 40 hours while working a 36-hour schedule Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of CNC machining or machine operation experience Experience operating Gantry Style, Swiss Style, or Mill/Turn lathes preferred Experience with Murata and/or Star machinery is a plus Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing documentation Working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Experience using precision measuring equipment, including calipers and micrometers Understanding of production processes and machining best practices Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve Job Summary As a CNC Machinist – Level 2, you'll operate multi-axis CNC equipment to manufacture high-quality precision components while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
