Mechanical Field Service Technician

Location: Charlotte, NC
Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $27.88/hour + 15% travel premium (up to $32.06/hour while traveling)

We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Field Service Technician to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain heavy industrial equipment at customer sites across the U.S. (50–75% travel). When not traveling, you'll support manufacturing operations by assembling generators, piping systems, enclosures, and other industrial equipment.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5+ years of mechanical assembly or heavy industrial equipment experience

• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, and rigging equipment

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel 50–75% across the U.S. and lift up to 75 lbs

• Valid U.S. passport preferred
