Published: Dec 30, 2025 - The Labor Relations Manager leads collective bargaining planning and negotiations while developing labor strategies that support business goals. This role manages employee relations matters, including grievances, arbitrations, unfair labor practice reviews, and dispute resolution involving unions, management, and agencies. The manager also interprets labor contracts and policies on wages and benefits and delivers manager training on employment law, effective employee relations, and union awareness.
