Adept Nursing & Rehab of North Platte is now hiring a Social Service Director! We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Service Director to lead our social services department. The ideal candidate will develop and oversee programs that support the emotional, social, and psychological well-being of our residents/clients. They will ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations while advocating for those in need.

- Social Services designee preferred or desire to obtain.
- 1 year of experience in social services.
- 1 year of management/supervising experience.
- Strong knowledge of social work principles, ethics, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement social service programs that meet the needs of residents/clients.
- Provide counseling, support, and advocacy for individuals and families.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to enhance holistic care.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports on services provided.
- Establish relationships with community agencies and resources.
- Train and supervise social work staff (if applicable).
