You will be collaborating with our internal teams to ensure product information on Banks' E-commerce platform is accurate and current, and is presented in a way that encourages purchases.Main ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update all sales related E-commerce tasks, including but not limited to product images, pricing, details, availability, etcEnsure web content is quality checked and adhere to company standardsRegularly update product listings as information evolves or fitment years growCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Inventory, etc) to build new product pagesAnalyze consumer behavior and competitor e-commerce content to identify opportunities to improve Banks' product presentation and online shopping experienceUnderstand vehicle Year-Make-Model-Engine (SEMA) structure, and how it relates to part fitments. Maintain vehicle to product relationships as well as vehicle lookup dataCreate and update Owner's Manual website listings. Make improvements and update as necessaryOther duties assigned by managerQualificationsHigh school diploma and a minimum of two years of experience in E-commerce; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to use data management tools to review, validate, and maintain accurate product dataStrong writing skills, and excellent written and verbal communicationA good understanding of automotive terminology, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content for consumersWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to create basic mockupsShopify and WordPress knowledge is a plusWorking knowledge of HTML and Google Analytics is preferredHighly responsible, self-motivated and ability to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
