Assistant Restaurant General Manager

Run The Shift, Build The FuturePartner with the GM to ensure flawless execution of every detail, every shift, by every team member. Provide direction, coaching, and development on food quality, service standards, safety, and sanitation. Ensure consistent execution of all systems, standards, inventory, and cost controls. Partner with the GM on financial performance, action plans, and new company initiatives. Interview and help select team members, keeping staffing at the right levels with the right people. Respond to guest feedback with urgency and turn every recovery into a raving fan. Leverage the catering team to deepen community roots and build sales. Keep the operation clean, stocked, and ready, from the smoker to the front door.This Is Who You Are5 + years of full-service restaurant management experience.
