As a Kitchen Team Member, you will help prepare and serve high-quality food while maintaining Chick-fil-A's standards for food safety, cleanliness, speed, and accuracy.

Position Type

• Part-Time, Full-Time
• Current Priority Hiring Need: Team Members who can reliably work early morning opening shifts beginning at 5:30am
• Morning, Day or Evening shifts
• Open availability is highly preferred
• Up to $17.00/hour starting based on experience and availability (promotions and raises available based on performance)

Your Impact

• Provide high-quality customer service and satisfaction
• Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A menu items according to brand standards
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards at all times
• Support kitchen efficiency through preparation, stocking, and organization
• Work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail
• Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
• Help ensure guests receive fresh, accurate, and high-quality food
• Learn and develop operational and leadership skills
• Participate in a culture focused on growth, teamwork, and excellence

Background Profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work at a quick, efficient pace while maintaining quality standards
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leaders
• Previous kitchen, restaurant, food service, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus, but not required
