• Collaborate with one Board-Certified/Eligible Pediatrician and one experienced Advanced Practice Provider in a supportive, family-like environment. 
• Require excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for building relationships with children, families, and colleagues. 
• Welcoming to new graduates and experienced candidates alike. 
• Monday–Friday schedule; 40 hours/week with a manageable average daily patient volume of 25–30 (focus on quality care, not volume). 
• Full outpatient pediatrics: newborns through age 18, including well-child visits, acute care, and chronic condition management. 
• Highly competitive compensation: Generous base salary of $250,000–$275,000 (DOE), plus productivity bonuses and clear pathway to partnership for interested physicians. 
• Comprehensive benefits package: malpractice coverage, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, licensure and DEA renewal reimbursement, CME allowance up to $2,000 annually, and 5 weeks of paid vacation plus holidays.
