Bilingual Case Manager — Reentry & Community Resources

Paycom - ATS

Healthcare Alternative Systems (HAS) is seeking a Case Manager to oversee a caseload of justice-involved participants and connect them to housing, employment, medical, and legal resources. You will develop person-centered plans, monitor clinical engagement, and document progress to support wraparound reentry efforts. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least two years of experience; CADC is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom - ATS
