Public Health Dietitian: Diabetes Education & Community Outreach

Harris County Public Health seeks a Registered Dietitian to support the Diabetes Self-Management Education & Support (DSMES) program across Harris County. Will provide diabetes and nutrition education, build community partnerships, schedule classes, and offer ongoing support to partners and participants for high-quality service. Responsibilities include leading education sessions, attending health fairs, maintaining stakeholder relationships, tracking participant progress, and generating program #J-18808-Ljbffr Harris County
