Production Operator

Production Associate | Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Looking for an opportunity to grow your skills with a fast-growing company? We're partnering with a pharmaceutical manufacturer in Stoughton, WI seeking motivated, dependable individuals who thrive in a team environment. No pharmaceutical experience? No problem. Manufacturing experience is helpful, but they are willing to train the right candidate!

Pay: $20.00-21.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM-12:30 AM

Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!

What You'll Do

• Operate processing and mixing equipment
• Load, measure, and blend materials according to production specifications
• Operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the facility
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time
• Follow safety and quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
• GMP experience is a plus, but training is provided
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High School Diploma or GED required
