Senior Accountant

Responsibilities General ledger month end close and assist with financial statements. Cash management, bank reconciliation, and journal entries. Accounts payable (AP) and vendor payment coordination to ensure timely settlement of invoices. Review and verify invoice accuracy, resolving discrepancies or issues as needed. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain accurate records. Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding balances. Provide routine reports on outstanding A/R balances, collections, credit memos, and payroll processing backup. Prepare and present financial reports to support decision‑making and forecasting. Maintain strong Excel skills. Desired Skills and Experience Proficiency in Excel.
