The Role We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our busy team. The ideal candidate is confident in all aspects of general dentistry, values patient education, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Whether you are an experienced clinician looking for a long-term clinical home or a highly motivated recent graduate, we provide the patient base, technology, and team support to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive, periodic, and limited oral examinations. Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment plans to patients to address their functional and aesthetic needs. Provide high-quality clinical care, including "bread and butter" dentistry (composite restorations, crown and bridge, removable prosthodontics, basic endodontics, and oral surgery). Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in our practice management software. Collaborate with our hygienists, dental assistants, and front office team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Valid, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Washington (or ability to obtain). Active DEA and CPR/BLS certifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a gentle and empathetic chairside manner.
