Ticket Office Supervisor

Sell and process season passes, lift tickets, and answer guest questions.

Be familiar with Resort products and sell season passes, lift tickets, and Resort products, including but not limited to, parking, locker rentals, upcoming events, etc.

Accurately process and keep cash count, credit card, gift card, and other transactions.

Answer multi-line phone and provide accurate information re: Resort offerings.

Perform the duties of a Ticket Checker as needed.

Work with Supervisors to serve our employees and guests and create solutions.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Perform the job and get along with others to build a positive working environment.

Show up to work on time with consistent attendance.

Physically perform the essential job functions of this position.

Continuous interaction with guests and Resort staff.

Walking, bending, rotating, and standing constantly.

Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.

Repetitive use of hands, arms, shoulders, back, and legs frequently.

Lifting to waist level up to 25 lbs. infrequently.

Sight and hearing of acceptable standards for Essential Job Functions.

The working environment may be stressful when meeting guest needs.

Exposure to cold temperatures.

Knowledge and experience with cash handling and data entry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of Resort products.

Ability to relate in a positive manner to guests and co-workers.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Thorough understanding of company policies and practices.

Organized and attention to detail.

Reliable transportation.

Experience with POS software desired but not required.

One year cash handling and customer service experience or equivalent desired.

One year computer, internet, and phone skills desired.

Background check.
