RN Unit Manager: Community-Centered Care Leader
Journey
Journey is seeking a skilled Nursing Manager to lead our care team in a long-term care setting. You will manage nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate resident care under the direction of the Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate has a nursing degree, at least 2 years of direct care experience in geriatric settings, and 1 year of nursing management experience with CPR certification.
