We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to join our hospitality team in a front-desk role. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming first impression, support smooth daily operations, and deliver attentive service to guests from arrival to departure. Experience with the Opera property management system is highly valued, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous, efficient service throughout the stay
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately and professionally
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests using Opera
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages appropriately
• Process payments, folios, and other front-office transactions with attention to detail
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to support guest satisfaction
• Maintain an organized front desk and ensure accurate records and reports
• Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and service procedures

Qualifications

• Previous front-desk, guest services, or hospitality experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with Opera or a similar property management system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with standard office systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and payments
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
