Retail Sales Associate
AVERILL HOSPITALITY EMPLOYMENT
The Lodge at Whitefish Lake , one of Montana's AAA Four Diamond resorts, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to work with our Mercantile Team. The Retail Associate for the Mercantile boutique duties include greeting guests/visitors, merchandising, receiving inventory, re-filling and re-stocking merchandise, assisting guests with selections, processing payments, and answering inquiries. The Sales Associate is also responsible for keeping the boutique clean and organized.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Courteous greeting of guests. Cleanliness of the Mercantile. Knowledge of merchandise and prices to quickly answer inquiries. Punctuality for scheduled shifts. Ability to convey inventory from receiving in the boutique. Physical ability to life 25 pounds, climb ladders, stairs and bend to retrieve merchandise. Provide information to guests and visitor inquiries. Handle guest complaints by following procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction. Run closing reports and count bank at end of shift. Complete designated cashier reports. Balance and drop receipts Secure bank Legibly document maintenance needs on work orders and submit to engineering. Use of POS system.
