Job Description We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary practice in St. Louis, MO. Our clinic integrates chiropractic and physical therapy services to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who values clinical autonomy, collaboration, and a flexible work schedule in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Perform initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic treatment including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes Supervise and delegate treatment to up to two (2) Full-Time Equivalent Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with Wisconsin regulations Collaborate with chiropractic providers to coordinate integrated treatment plans Educate patients on home exercise programs and long-term wellness strategies Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation Qualifications Active MissouriPhysical Therapist license (required) Experience in outpatient orthopedics, musculoskeletal care, or sports rehabilitation preferred Ability to supervise PTAs and provide clear clinical direction Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and documentation abilities Commitment to patient-centered, outcomes-driven care Additional Information #ZR Disclaimer All team members agree to consistently support compliance and TVG-Medulla, LLC policies and Standards of Excellence with regard to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation, and licenser requirements (if applicable), and Medulla procedures and protocols.
