Web Content SpecialistRed Carrot is seeking Web Content Specialists to write, edit, and manage content across the customer's website, SharePoint, and Google Sites platforms, while also developing and delivering training on web content processes.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and edit content for websites, SharePoint, and Google Sites pages following established style guidesManage content reviews and use content management systems to upload, maintain, and post web contentOptimize text for search and ensure all web pages comply with Section 508 accessibility requirementsCoordinate the quarterly certification process to keep web content currentCrop, recolor, resize, and otherwise prepare web images as neededDevelop and deliver training materials and sessions on web content tools and processesCoordinate database content updates, quality checks, and data entry reviewMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline5-7 years of experience in web content management, including 3 within the last 5 yearsExperience developing and delivering training materials preferredTransportation sector experience, especially highway and surface transportation, preferredAbility to obtain a USDOT Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentialBenefits at Red Carrot:At Red Carrot, we empower you to be a leader.
