What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Associate, you’re the heart of our store’s success. You’ll handle donations, keep things moving, and make sure our shelves stay stocked with awesome stuff.

Here’s what a typical day might look like:

• Sort, price, and process donated items — it’s like a treasure hunt every day!
• Work with a team that’s friendly, fun, and fast-moving
• Keep your space tidy and safe (we like clean and clear work areas!)
• Use our ‘good, better, best’ pricing to bring value to our shoppers
• Help rotate seasonal items and organize stock like a pro
• Follow safety rules — we’ve got your back!
• Pitch in where needed — teamwork makes the dream work!

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• You’re reliable, motivated, and a great team player
• Comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Great communication and people skills
• Strong eye for quality and detail
• Ready to work hard and have fun doing it
• Able to use equipment like dollies and pallet jacks safely

No Degree? No Problem!

• We provide the training — all you need is a can-do attitude and a willingness to grow.

What to Expect

• Mostly indoors, sometimes outside
• Active, hands-on work (no cubicles here!)
• Some weekends required — we keep things moving
