Caregiver Job Description We are seeking a compassionate Live-In Caregiver to provide dedicated care and support for elderly residents in a personal care home setting. Location & Schedule 📍 Location: East Cobb, Marietta, GA 🏠 Schedule: Live-in position, 4–5 days at a time Available Shift: Friday 9:00 AM – Tuesday 9:00 AM Overview Our home provides 24/7 residential care services, allowing seniors to remain in a comfortable, family-style environment while receiving assistance with daily living activities. Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Recent physical exam & TB test clearance

Essential Duties

• Assist with personal care needs: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide medication reminders and assistance
• Support with toileting and incontinence care
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment

Experience & Skills

• Genuine interest in working with the elderly
• Strong personal hygiene and professional appearance
• Dependability, good judgment, and emotional maturity
• Ability to follow directions, training, and supervision
• Clear written documentation of daily care activities
• Friendly, patient, and compassionate communication style
• Cooking and homemaking skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Build positive, supportive relationships with residents and families
• Accurately record daily tasks per policy and resident Service Plan
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, reporting concerns or emergencies immediately
• Collaborate with fellow caregivers to ensure continuity of quality care
