The Commercial Construction Assistant Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting and coordinating small project teams of 3-5 members across multiple job sites. This position ensures seamless project execution by managing scheduling, budgets, contracts, and quality control while maintaining extensive communication with clients. Frequent travel will be required to oversee site activities and resource allocation, utilizing key software tools such as Procore, BlueBeam, and On Center.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and resource allocation across multiple job sites
• Track budgets, manage contract documentation, and ensure compliance
• Conduct quality control to maintain project standards
• Maintain consistent, extensive communication with clients and stakeholders
• Document project progress and update project management systems
• Support project team of 3-5 members through task delegation and collaboration
• Facilitate problem-solving and timely resolution of project issues
• Travel frequently between job sites to oversee ongoing work
• Auto allowance provided

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• This is NOT a remote position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Experience with budget management and contract administration
• Knowledge of risk assessment and quality assurance processes
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
• Effective time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks
