The Caregiver provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the clients’ homes. Seeking a new Team for client who is just going into 24-hour care. Shifts can be mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, or 24-hour live-in. Memory Care required. Successful applicants will be a certified or licensed caregiver.
Responsibilities can include but not limited to:
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)
- Memory Care
- Communicate professionally with families and your team
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance along with clean driving record
- Prior home care experience a plus
- Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
