Regalcare of Courtyard is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center committed to providing high-quality care in a warm, supportive environment. Our dietary department plays a key role in resident satisfaction and overall wellness, and we are currently seeking a dependable Dietary Cook to join our team and help deliver nutritious, well-prepared meals every day.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary guidelines
Follow therapeutic diets and special meal requirements
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
Work closely with the dietary team to ensure timely meal service
Assist with food prep, inventory, and kitchen organization
What We’re Looking For:
Prior cooking experience (healthcare or institutional setting preferred)
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
ServSafe certification preferred but not required
