Title IV E Program Support Specialist

Salary: $20.89–$26.10 hourly, depending on qualifications. What you will do: Act as professional program support staff, with oversight from the agency, to complete initial and ongoing eligibility determination for children in state and tribal custody for Title IV‑E funding, a federal funding stream under the Social Security Act that supports child welfare training as well as foster care, adoption, and guardianship services. Support the administration of the Title IV E program by maintaining accurate documentation, tracking training activities, and ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements. Assist with preparing reports, reimbursement requests, and audit materials to help the state secure eligible federal funding. Coordinate with training staff and internal partners to support IV E related training programs and activities. Monitor data quality in required systems, address discrepancies, and support continuous improvement of data processes. Provide administrative and program support including scheduling, communication, document management, and record retention.
