Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Weymouth, MA
Pay: $40.00 – $65.00 per hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and supporting care delivery across multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services following clinical and regulatory standards
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct patient screenings per established protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing records
• Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to supervisors
• Participate in quality improvement and organizational initiatives
• Travel to assigned locations as required

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license (as required by state regulations)
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards preferred
• Ability to work across multiple locations
