Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting. Deliver comprehensive assessments, monitor patient conditions, and administer treatments to promote optimal recovery and stability.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, IV therapies, and ventilator support.
• Administer medications and emergency interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient responses and maintain accurate medical records.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with clinical standards.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS certification required; NIHSS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in critical care procedures and equipment.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond swiftly to emergencies.
• Ability to work 36 hours/week, including every third weekend shift.
