Warehouse Workers Job Summary CTK USA, Inc. islooking for reliable, hard-working Warehouse Associates to join our fulfillment team. You'll play a key role in getting orders picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a fast-paced, physically active role in a modern distribution center — great for people who like to stay moving and take pride in getting things done right. What You'll Do Pick items from shelves and bins accurately using a handheld scanner or picklist Pack orders into boxes or totes, ensuring proper protection and labeling Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records Sort, label, and stage outbound shipments Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklift certification a plus) Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Meet productivity and accuracy targets for your shift Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or issues to a supervisor What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of the shift Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Basic reading, math, and computer/scanner skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts (including OT during peak periods) Prior warehouse, retail, or logistics experience is a plus but not required — we'll train you Benefits: 401(k) with company match Health Insurance Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr CTK USA INC
