The Retail Store Manager oversees daily store operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience while driving sales performance and team development. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of retail management best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store activities to meet sales targets and operational standards
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Implement promotional strategies and merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain satisfaction
